【按】这是我年度读书计划10篇文章第一篇,一直没有更新这个是因为还没有集齐十本书,召唤超级赛亚人。
本书读完,最直接的感受就是:本书值得一读,文字朴素平实,价值观正确,读来并不枯燥。
早期读过林少华翻译的村上先生写作的《挪威的森林》,实话实说,当时只是为了寻找书中简短的性爱描写片段,现在这些片段不记得了,只记得那时候的村上先生的文字是阴柔的,带着一丝丝的潮湿抑郁。
《当我谈跑步时,我谈些什么》读完,不知道是不是译者更换的原因还是文本风格不同的原因,本书读来文字简短有力,而且每一章结束后,都特别期待下一章作者在准备马拉松跑的过程中如何准备,锻炼,坚持跑,跑步过程中所有的身体反应和起步中途终点分别对应的心理身体状态,更为真实的是跑完终点的那一刻。“此前的一切都已经成为过去”,文字描写出坚持跑下来的理由,坚持跑下来的痛楚,以及坚持跑下来的身体变化,健壮和痛苦相生相灭。没有了阴柔的感觉,留下的就是一步步的踏实和铿锵有力。
另一点,该书输出的价值观,以自己为例,将汗水和心智的磨练,证明坚持做一件事情的意义。正因如此,有人称本书为年度最佳励志书。可是更让人瞩目的就是关于坚持,作者知行合一的跑步二十年。一百公里的跑步,十多个小时的持续运动不是敲击键盘之后的回响,而是时间和体力的双重践行。村上引用毛姆说的话“任何一把剃刀都自有其哲学”。可是,在不断的反复和放弃,不断的寻找和迷茫之后,本人还是一直对作者二十年一直在路上的状态,不断挑战自己的状态感到五体投地的敬佩。每个人都有其活法,生活的格局大小就在其中。
最后本书中涉及到作者写道的比较有意思的话语,值得玩味和揣摩,并详加对照,至于找谁对照,在乎个人。

①萨默赛特·毛姆说写道:任何一把剃刀都自有其哲学。大约是说,无论何等微不足道的举动,只要日日坚持,从中总会产生出某些类似观念的东西来。
②欧内斯通·海明威好像也说过类似的话:持之以恒,不乱节奏,对于长期作业是在至为重要。 一旦节奏得以设定,其余问题便可以迎刃而解,然后要让惯性的轮子以一定速度准确无误的旋转起来,对待持之以恒,何等小心翼翼亦不为过。
③是的这种模式无论如何都不接受改变,我以为,如若必须同这种模式和平共处,我只能通过执着的反复,改变或是扭曲自己,将它吸收进来,成为人格的一部分。
④坚持跑步的理由不过一丝半点,中断跑步的理由却足够装满一辆大型重卡车。我们只能将那“一丝半点的理由”一个个慎之又慎的不断打磨,见缝插针,得空就孜孜不倦的打磨它们。
⑤值得庆幸的是,集中了和耐力与才能不同,可以通过训练与后天获得,可以不断提升其资质,只要每天坐在书桌前,训练将意识倾注于一点,自然就能掌握。这同前面写过的强化肌肉的做法十分相似,每天不间断的写作,集中意识去工作,这些非做不可--将这样的信息持续不断的传输给身体系统,让它牢牢的记住,再悄悄移动刻度,一点一点将极限值向上提升,注意不让身体发觉。
⑥真正有价值的东西,往往通过效率甚低的营生方才获得。即便这是虚妄的行为,也绝不是愚蠢的行为。我如此认为,作为实在的感受,作为经验法则。
