My Quixotic Rollercoaster

Quixotic: Caught up in the romance of noble deeds and the pursuit of unreachable goals; idealistic without regard to practicality. These selected poems were written during a tumultuous period of self-exploration and discovery. Compiled in chronological order, each individual poem is not only a self-contained moment of triumph or despair but also a piece of a larger roller-coaster ride comprised of soaring highs and tumbling out-of-control lows. This is a thirteen-month journey through the mind and emotions of a woman who has found that when you live life intensely with passion and fire, someone is bound to get burned. It is a tale of loving and losing, of trusting and finding that trust misplaced, and of falling and what happens when you donat know if you have the strength to get back up.
