The Misery of Being Unknown

The book is about Jasmine, a young girl that sets out to find her father after her mother dies. She experiences many trials and tribulations while on her journey. The only other person she felt cared about her took all she had and left. She was put in a foster home where she was mistreated dramatically. She is kidnapped, abused and raped by several unknown men. The only thing that keeps her focused on her journey is that she feels that her mother is looking over her and helping her make it through everything. She has placed God at the center of her life and prays every day that he gives her the strength to wake up and continue an endless journey another day.
