Fear is a great educator; it begins at the elementary level and carries you into successive steps of disquietude, trepidation, terror and despair. Streets is such a tale. Henrietta (Hank) Castle, an investigative reporter disguised as a homeless person, enters the world of the streets to gather information on why this condition exists in todayas society. A serial killer begins to eliminate the homeless ranks and leaves a cryptic verse with each victim. For this world of vagabonds, stamped for death, there is no place to hide. They become people without rights or justice. They are caught in the dilemma of local authorities who cannot protect them and a society who prefers to ignore them. Walk with them as they shuffle their way through a world of degradation into a sub-world of night terror and death. The killer turns the streets of the City of Brotherly Love into another London of the 1800s.
