The Green Palmers

The Green Palmers is the story of how a small townaLaurinvilleaconfronts evil and overcomes it. The story is narrated by Mikey Brown, a twelve-year old schoolboy at the time and the storyas hero, ten years after the event. The idyllic town of Laurinville is visited one day by the aGreen Palmers, a whose logo is a green palm and whose promise is the aGreen Palm Way of Life.a The presence of the Green Palmers has a subtle but profound effect upon the townspeople. One by one, they come under the spell of their promise.a However, some people refuse to submit. Here emerges the classic battle between good and evil within the soul of Laurinville. The story climaxes in a rousing confrontation between the Green Palmers and our young hero.
