This story is about Jess, who always wanted to be like brother Jeff. Learning to bareback, bronco, and bull-ride was a breeze, till one fatal day when Jeff was no longer there. After six months, Jess starts busting and riding broncos and almost a year later competes in bull-riding. Caught unaware, Father, who made Jess always feel second to Jeff, hears a name and sees Jess on top of the bull that ended Jeffas life. Too lateathe bull falls and leaves chaos behind again. Being handicapped doesnat stop Jess; the future looks brightaa riding club, a nine-year-old girl named Tiffany, some special children, and a rodeo. What more could Jess ask for?
