Goyahkla

This fantastical tale is introduced by the legendary renegade, Geronimo. The brave Apache warrior emerges from a whirlwind into a world of fantasy ripe with expanding possibilities. He presents himself as Goyahkla, his given birth name. Goyahkla invites an observant great horned owl to come with him to give witness to his personal memories and to verify the testimony to three Native nations overwhelmed by the invasion of a strange people new to their continent. The testimonial to the tearful path tread by Native people comes under an abrupt challenge. Goyahkla discovers himself suddenly thrust on trial for heresy. His inquisitors are relentless. Just when his condemnation appears to be made certain, Goyhakla is freed from a pre-ordained verdict by the precise marksmanship of the inscrutable Frank Eaton (Pistol Pete). Together, the two heroic personalities retreat into a realm full of mystery and explore a conflict brewing among righteousness, justice, forgiveness, and peace of mind.
