How long can one keep up with false appearances and trying to please everyone else? It is cumbersome to live your life for other people. We have been given one life to live, and if we work it right, one life is all we need. We have all tried on different pairs of shoes, and itas something about that one pair that lasts through inclement weather and the stumbles and leaps you take in your life. Thatas the pair that separates you from any other human being in this world. Sometimes searching for that quintessential partner becomes exhausting, because we havenat learned about ourselves and what we really want. I have learned to be comfortable in my shoes and my skin.
