The author, having spent almost twenty years teaching human factors, research courses, and statistics has written a textbook for undergraduates studying their first course in human factors psychology. It combines easy to read short chapters with a survey of topics encountered in a beginning course. The format includes double spacing for easy high-liting and note taking. The final two chapters are unique exposing the student to a recent research article and a Masters thesis to acquaint student with what might be expected in graduate school.
