My name is Beulah Ann Keen and I was born January 25, 1956, at home in Page, Virginia. I am the eleventh of thirteen children born to James Vaster Justice and Gracie Juanita Stiltner Justice. I resided in Buchanan County for most of my life. I am married to a man named Delmer Keen and we have raised three boys and two girls who are married and out on their own. I have ten grandchildren-five boys and five girls-and two great-granddaughters, all of whom live near me.
