Seizing the Poem in the Wonder of the Now

This book developed over many decades of studying poetry, song writing and constructive edits of personal diaries. The Bible and spiritual literature are obviously my biggest influences; however, there are many poets and writers who have made a lasting impression upon my style and technique of writing as well. The title comes from being in the moment at hand for many years, and the wonder of the creativity that flows from residing there throughout oneas existence. When I look back at the past my memory is fallible, and we all know about the futureas uncertainty. The logical choice is to be in the moment, in the now, where I cannot go wrong.
