The community of Abbeyville, in the Allegheny Mountain range, counted themselves lucky. They had escaped the meteor strikes, but Senator Kingsley Rubens changed that. Using The Brotherhood, a cult formed during the prelude to the meteor strikes, Senator Rubens manipulated the people. Rape and death were commonplace as he ran his private utopia with fear. During a mission to Sierra Leone in 2006, a SEAL team with British troops find their return journey to the aircraft carrier unforgettable, washing up on the flooded shoreline of Virginia in 2008. Lieutenant Mariko Kasawa leads her team against the Senatoras brutal regime. Loyalties are tested; her team is pitted against the Senator in a desperate bid to save the people from his debauched tyranny. Amidst the ruins there is always hope, but Abbeyville needs a miracle.
