The Man Who Blew His Mind

Michael Bannerman could remember just a few months of his life, and during most of that time he had been locked in a small room at the Institute. For the past two months he had been in the community, trying to recover his mind. He was the victim of a traffic accident, he had been told. But the regular nightmares suggested a different story, a story of violence in an African country gripped by civil war. Only as his memory returned, did he begin to understand the enormity of what he had done and why he was so important - and he was determined never to reveal the secrets locked in his mind, no matter what they did to him.
