The Black Report #3

The first in a series, "The Black Report" is a genre-defying work that blends elements of 1930's Crime Noir with 1950's Conspiracy theories and 1960's Science-Fiction and Fantasy. Modernly irreverent, "The Black Report #3: Windy City Blues" tells the story of Simon Black, a Paranormal Investigator living in a bleak and woeful future. Simon, on the trail of a notorious serial killer, must contend with powerful mob bosses, sinister conspiracies, extreme bondage, long falls, dark tunnels, and excursions deep into the heart and soul of a subterranean Chicago. Simon confronts demons, both real and personal, and takes the reader on a fast-paced journey through the back alleys and underbelly of a city lost in time.
