读的其实是美国版(会有不一样?)比起上一本自传少了许多奇闻逸事斗争八卦,但由一个天生的领袖来讲带领球队的故事也饶有趣味。坦白说爵爷的理念相当的old school了,但比如领导而非管理,比如great leader needs to be a salesman,比如对每一批年轻人的引导和激励,仍然可以投射到现在的团队中来。
