难得的好书,反反复复看了2遍。和长尾理论属于同一层次的好书。尽管书的结尾处用电动汽车举例却到现在也没有成功,也不意味的书中归纳的理论出错,理论的模型总是忽视了很多被认为不重要的细节,但也许成功就隐藏在其中。

利用破坏性创新的原则
1, 企业的资源分布取决于消费者和投资者
企业所需要的盈利能力促使满足当下消费者的需求,而不是加大资源投入与有风险的项目中去,客户是上帝在创新上对大企业是不利因素。
2, 小市场并不能解决大企业的增长需求
同上,大企业无法从小市场中获得投资者认同的利润。正常的工作流程阻碍企业的破坏性的创新。
3, 无法对并不存在的市场进行分析
破坏性创新迎合的是全新的小规模的市场,常规的市场分析和调研只是对已有市场的分析和判断,结果显而易见。从上可以看出企业的多个部门的职能其实是阻碍破坏性创新的,对破坏性创新最上心的工程技术部门没有决定权。
4, 机构的能力决定了它的局限性
再次强调企业的资源,流程以及价值观的破坏性创新的阻碍。
当企业涉及合并是,一定要注意,要用优势的能力替换劣势的,否则合并将问题多多,对个人来讲,如何在企业合并后决定去留也有重大的启示。
5, 技术供应可能并不等同于市场的需求
提醒企业盲目的追求技术先进并一定带来市场的领先地位,屠龙术就是榜样。
用户考虑产品的优先次序是,基本功能---可靠性—便捷性—价格 当陷入价格战时就应该明白创新的来临已经火烧眉毛了。
