《创新者的窘境》一书,就我自己的感觉而言是围绕这突破性的技术创新和持续性的技术创新,这两个关键词展开的论战。
书的开篇就向我们提出了这样的一个问题,为什么那些管理良好,注重顾客感受的老牌公司依然会面临的破产的窘境呢?
大多数的企业注重的持久性的技术创新,即那些被多数客户认可的,可以为企业带来持久收益的技术。然而有的时候,并不仅仅是这样的创新可以为企业带来经济效益,甚至有的时候,过分关注此类的创新,会让企业错过发展的机会,走向死胡同。实际上,公司面临破产抑或是经营的窘境,并不仅仅是本身存在着缺陷,这样的事情同样会发生在那些本该优秀的企业中。突破性创新活动,也许在某些时候是来解答我们关于这些疑问的答案。
那么应该如何应对这样的窘境呢?对于那些本来优秀的大企业来说,未来突破性的技术设计产品,协调企业上下是不太明知的。最好的方式,也许是另外成立一个小的公司,运用突破性的技术创新开展生产和运营。当然这也并非是在所有的情景之下都奏效的。
总是,《创新者的窘境》一书为我们提供了一个不一样的发现问题和思考问题的视角。值得一读。
