澳大利亚多个省学校进行的“内在安静”冥想课程效果斐然
Kids who were "unteachable" due to ADHD and stress, are now sitting quietly meditating. Hopefully this will save many children before they have been attacked by the negative forces. In an interview with kids after the first mental stillness trial, the main problem they said they faced was peer pressure. They said mental stillness helped them cope with peer pressure. They liked the way the mental stillness program gave them some personal control, so by using the tools shown to them, they could quickly and easily become calm and balanced. They could use these tools in their everyday lives to cope with any situation or problem they encountered.
很多因为压力和多动症不能好好学习的孩子都能坐下安静的入静了。希望许多孩子在受到更多负面打击前能获得这种改变。一些初次参加完这个课程的孩子接受采访时说,他们的主要问题是学习竞争压力。他们说这个内在安静的课程帮助他们缓解了这种竞争压力。他们很喜欢这个"内在安静"课程给他们的一些关于个人管理的方式,通过一些方法和工具,他们能很快很容易的变得安静和平衡。他们可以用这些方法在日常生活中处理各种难题和遇到的各种棘手境况。
The teachers liked the way the children have become more well-behaved, friendly and get on with their work without being told to. Several schools said they wanted it permanently.
老师们也很喜欢这些孩子变得行为端正,对人友好,很好的完成学习,不像以前那样得提醒做。好几个学校说他们希望长期采用这个课程。
For us Sahaj Yogis, the schools program is very satisfying seeing the positive results and eagerness with which they take to it. We feel we just want to do as many schools as possible.
对我们霎哈嘉瑜珈士来说,在学校的活动很令人满意,看到这些积极的效果,还有他们渴望来做这些事情。我们感觉就是要尽可能做更多学校。
The problem has been we don't have enough Sahaja yogis to handle the number of schools!
问题是我们没有那么多瑜珈士处理那么多学校。
An interesting trial was conducted firstly using non-Sahaja yogis as the instructor. The results were dismal. In fact they were worse! Then they tried with a Sahaja Yogi present in the room but not participating. The results increased. Then lastly with a Sahaja Yogi conducting the session, the results were the best. This proves that the program will only work with Sahaja Yogis conducting the program. Do we NOW realise our powers?
一个很有意思的实验是,一开始用不是霎哈嘉瑜珈士来做指导。结果差劲,实际是很糟糕。然后他们让一个霎哈嘉瑜珈士在教室里,但没参加,结果好一些。最后让一个霎哈嘉瑜珈士来指导这个课程,结果是最好的。这证明,减压的课程只有霎哈嘉瑜珈士指导时才能生效。现在我们认识到我们的力量了吧?
