对我来说这本书最有意义的地方不在于系统的介绍了交互设计的起源和各种研究方法，更在于坦然揭示出真实设计过程中的杂乱无序，以及作为设计师如何面对这些情况。The design process is not liner or structured iterations, but about being thoughtful, necessarily going back and forth, reflect on user and bear the restrictions in mind. 大白话就是：在真实项目中，在结合了用户需求以及项目的各种限制的前提下，要尽量开放地接受各种改变和提高，不要害怕混乱，疑惑和重头再来，因为这是交互设计过程的本质。
