The Book of Werds looks into the mind of an abstract artist who has found that everyone is divine within his or her own reality. Through looking at broad concepts within Western ideologies, the artist challenges the reader to think about things differently and to realize the reality in front of them. The shocking or the surreal may guide some of these poems and short stories but they all contain an honest hunt for some sort of truth that could lead to bigger thinking (depending on the reader). If the reader is not concerned with bigger thinking, The Book of Werds can be enjoyed at face value. The author invites you to look at how each work offers and points out a connection in and to everything...including the reader.
