This book is a brief account of the consequences of addictions, and the inspiring journey that leads the author back to Christ and self discovery. Wounds of the Soul was compiled after the author maintained her sobriety and found God, and explains how the author was able to keep God in her life. She was strongly impressed that the Lord wanted her to share some of her lifeas experiences in an effort to help others find their way back to Him, therefore beginning the healing processes of the soul. Her thoughts are not only revealing, but also deeply inspiring. The author feels that using Christian scripture passages, along with what she has learned over the last ten years, will aid in that effort.
